• Ananya and Sanhita attended the European Molecular Imaging Meeting, EMIM at Salzburg, Austria, in 2023. Ananya delivered her first oral presentation at an international meeting! 

• Arjun, Pooja, and Sanhita attended the NMRS 2023 meeting at IISER Berhampur. Pooja presented a poster on her pH-responsive CEST MRI agents that she is developing, and Sanhita delivered an invited talk.

• Sanhita delivered an invited talk at the NCBS Annual talks, NCBS Bangalore (2023)

• Sanhita attended the International Biomedical Imaging meeting at IIT Madras and delivered an invited talk (2023) 

• Pooja's first review article is out in ACS Omega (2023)​

• DEC 2022: Arjun SV (Graduate Student, joined Aug 2022), won the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) 2022.​

• APR 2022: Dr. Sanhita Sinharay was awarded the SERB-POWER grant to improve current treatment regimens with noninvasive CEST MRI by evaluating pH sensitization of tumours.​

• JAN 2022: Dr. Sanhita Sinharay was selected as a Junior Editorial Board member for mBio. mBio is a leading journal of the American Society for Microbiology (ASM). The Junior Editorial Board membership is for a term of two years, commencing in January 2022. ​​

• DEC 2021: Ananya Sharma (Graduate student, joined Aug 2021) won the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) 2021. ​

• JUL 2021: Dr. Sanhita Sinharay was awarded "R.I. Mazumdar Young Investigator" in Bioengineering. This position is supported by an endowment from Dr. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairperson and Managing Director, Biocon Limited, Bangalore.​

• SEP 2021: Molecular Imaging Research Lab was inaugurated.
